Kelli and Judy stood together at the front of the room, both radiating excitement as they prepared to make their long-awaited announcements. We’re going to start a mentorship program that will connect experienced employees with newer team members to help foster growth, share knowledge, and build stronger bonds within the team.”
Judy, always the more composed of the two, nodded in agreement as Kelli continued. “We believe that everyone can benefit from mentorship, whether it’s gaining fresh perspectives or passing on years of experience. We’ll be working closely with each department to identify those who would be a good fit for the program, and we’re really excited to see how it grows.”
